Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier speed.

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. You may also log into your Olyv account at any time to check your order status.

International orders are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid at checkout. No additional duties or import fees are due upon delivery.

Please note that international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
